Our Dispute Resolution practice area mainly focuses on:

·                     Advising our clients on the most effective strategy for dispute resolution, and representing them in the same, whether it is in the form of arbitration, conciliation or mediation.

·                     Advising on the mode and manner of arbitration in the light of the enforceability of the arbitral award under the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

·                     Advising our clients on the choice of law and jurisdiction clauses to be used in various contractual agreements, keeping in view the provisions of the various substantial and procedural laws.

·                     Advising our clients, in cases of cross-border disputes, on the law that is applicable to the transaction in the light of the principles of private international law and the Indian laws which govern the enforcement of foreign judgments in India

·                     Drafting commercial contracts for our clients, or reviewing such contracts with a view to evaluate whether the clauses relating to dispute resolution such as non-compete, non-solicitation, exclusivity, to name a few would be enforceable under Indian Law.
